The cacao in the tree-to-bar chocolate was produced by 23-year-old Ivan Pineda Gamez in Honduras, who recently took over farm operations from his parents. Our friends at Atucún take Ivan's amazing cacao beans and turn it into this bar. We are grateful for the next generation of producers like Ivan!
